  5. Pranas (vayus) are five (Pran, Apan, Saman, Udan and Vyan)
  6. Rasas (tastes) are six (Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Savory and Umami)
  7. Rishis are seven (Atri, Bhardwaj, Vashistha, Jamdigni, Kashyap, Viswamitra and Gautam)
